About Us

In July 2002, Irish Broadband, a subsidiary of NTR, obtained a telecommunications licence from ComReg, the statutory body responsible for the regulation of the electronic communications sector. Since then, the company has expanded and we are now considered technological leaders in the wireless broadband industry.

Since our debut three years ago, our network licenses and coverage (Fixed and Wireless Access Local Area licenses in the 3.5GHz band) has more then tripled. The awarding of these licenses has meant we can keep our costs at a competitive rate giving better value for money broadband access and a superior service and connection.

Irish Broadband is wholly committed to broadband and its associated services. Broadband is our main priority unlike our competitor's. We are working to provide a complete range of broadband services which will enrich the lives of our customers and the wider community.
